i am not local. how do we work together?
With today's technology, there is no longer a need for us to be in the same city, state or even country. I have worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand, and England. I use a teleconference program called Zoom. With Zoom we're able to see and hear each other as well as share our computer screens. Distance is no longer a problem.
Can we do a half or full-day session if I'm not local?
Absolutely. We'll use a teleconference program called Zoom. With Zoom we're able to see and hear each other as well as share our computer screens. We'll take scheduled breaks during the session as well.
I'm interested, how does your process work?
My process is pretty straightforward. It starts with you scheduling a time using one of the GREEN buttons on this page. This will put a meeting our both of our calendars after which I will send you some homework.

During this initial meeting, we'll discuss your homework, your goals, assess your needs and determine your budget. If an interest exists for both of us then we move forward to the steps below.

1 – I send a Proposal
2 – You review and accept the proposal
3 – We get started creating your story-based marketing system.

do you build websites?
Yes, I build websites, however, I only work with WordPress. I can help you transition from the limited website builders out there but I will not do development work on them.

Website development is an additional fee above and beyond any of the packages noted above. For reference, websites start at $2,500 for up to 7 pages.

how do you accept payments?
Once we've both agreed to work together and the proposal has been signed, I send an invoice for payment. I need to receive payment prior to scheduling or conducting any work.

Payment can be made using any major credit cards. I'm even working on accepting Bitcoin.
